Is this a referral service?
No. You buy the case file at a flat price; we never take a share of your fee. It's marketing spend, not fee-splitting.
What does a case cost?
A flat $750–$3,000 by case bracket, charged only when you accept. Reviewing and passing are always free.
Is my state open?
Coverage changes month to month as property owners come to us. Tell us where you practice and we'll say what's open now; if your state isn't, we'll notify you when it is.
How does this work under attorney advertising rules?
You pay a flat fee for a marketing and intake service, never a share of your fee and never contingent on outcome. We don't recommend particular lawyers to property owners, and owners are told that firms pay for case files. You remain solely responsible for confirming compliance with your state's rules before participating.
Do I need tree law experience?
No. If you handle property damage, PI, or general civil litigation, the statute work arrives mapped in each case file.
